All information provided by this device is intended solely for health promotion and lifestyle reference purposes and does not constitute any form of clinical diagnosis, medical order, or medical practice. If users have actual health concerns, they should consult qualified medical professionals or seek medical treatment at healthcare institutions.

After registering as a member, you may access the full range of features provided by Dr.AI Ring, including health data recording, voice-interactive analysis, AI-generated recommendations, actionable guidance, and report feedback.

Members may synchronize data from their Dr.AI Ring devices to the cloud, where health summaries and red-alert notifications are automatically generated to help members promptly identify abnormal conditions. Members may also choose whether to engage in real-time consultations with an AI medical assistant Avatar through voice interaction and receive action recommendations or lifestyle adjustment suggestions.

When registering for the Service, members must provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and passwords. Accounts may not be lent, transferred, or made available to third parties. If any damage results from inaccurate information, unauthorized use, loss, or disclosure of account credentials, the user shall bear full responsibility.

Where the Company reasonably suspects inaccurate information or security risks, it may suspend or terminate the account’s access rights.

The Company places the highest priority on the protection of user personal data and privacy. All data collection, processing, and usage are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

All physiological data and usage records are stored in anonymized and encrypted form and are used solely for the following purposes:

All health risk assessments and behavioral recommendations are generated using anonymized data. Users may view personalized reports on their devices or applications at any time or initiate AI consultation dialogues to further understand their physical condition.

Except as required by law or with the user’s prior explicit authorization, the Company will not disclose personally identifiable data to unauthorized third parties.

All AI recommendations, voice consultation responses, health reminders, and other related information provided by the Service are for general informational and reference purposes only and do not constitute, nor shall they be construed as, any form of medical diagnosis, clinical judgment, medical order, treatment recommendation, or prescription, nor may they replace face-to-face diagnosis, judgment, or treatment by qualified physicians or other legally licensed medical professionals.

Users bear ultimate responsibility for their own health conditions. If any discomfort, abnormal symptoms, or emergency situations occur, users must immediately consult legally qualified medical professionals or seek medical care at healthcare institutions and must not delay, ignore, or interrupt necessary medical treatment based solely on information provided by the Service.

The Company bears no medical, legal, or other form of liability for any judgments, decisions, or actions taken by users based on information provided by the Service, or for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from users’ failure to seek timely medical care as described above.

When using the Service, you must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Company usage policies and must not engage in the following conduct:

1. Extracting, cracking, reproducing, or imitating Service content
2. Unauthorized distribution or sale of health data or analysis results produced by the Company
3. Transmitting unlawful, harassing, defamatory, false, obscene, infringing, or otherwise improper content
4. Interfering with the normal operation of other users or the system

You must not engage in conduct that compromises system or data security, including but not limited to:

1. Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or crack the Dr.AI Ring device, Company servers, or cloud systems
2. Using bots, web crawlers, or automated programs to access, extract, or copy any part of the Service in bulk
3. Uploading viruses, malicious code, trojans, or other data or programs that may harm system operation
4. Unauthorized attempts to access other users’ accounts, personal data, or non-public Company system resources
5. Using the Service in any manner that may cause server overload, service interruption, or severe degradation of service quality

If any of the above rules are violated, the Company reserves the right to immediately restrict or terminate your account and to pursue legal action.

All content contained in the Service (including but not limited to algorithms, images, voice responses, interfaces, designs, databases, source code, textual descriptions, trademarks, and logos) is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected under copyright law, trademark law, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Without prior written consent from the Company or the rights holder, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, publicly transmit, modify, edit, adapt, disseminate, or otherwise exploit such content.

In the event of violation, the Company may seek damages and take necessary legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure, delay, error, data loss, or service interruption caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, or fires
• War, riots, strikes, civil unrest, government orders, or regulatory changes
• Power outages, communication failures, or internet service provider interruptions
• Large-scale cyberattacks, malware intrusions, or cybersecurity incidents

The Company will make reasonable efforts to take remedial measures to minimize the impact on users.
